Colonial Heritage Community Foundation (CHCF) is a non-profit dedicated to support caregivers and their care receivers in the greater Williamsburg area. We offer a caregiver support group, a free adult day care program (Senior Champions), educational seminars and other resources about caregiving, and fundraising events to help underwrite the foundation’s work.
We connect caregivers to resources and a support group so they don’t feel so alone.
Our unique day program offers respite for the caregiver and stimulation for the senior.
We provide caregivers with knowledge, strategies, and skills to be successful.

We have openings for new participants in our senior day program. Learn more!

Make a Difference!
With the growing population of aging Americans in the Greater Williamsburg area, there is a critical need to support caregivers with the tools and resources to provide for their care receiver(s) and respite care for themselves. Since the foundation is staffed by three part-time employees and more than 28 volunteers, most of the financial support we receive goes toward supporting our core mission. We invite your support.
